Project Profile

This new urban family home in Ascot Vale creates a tranquil, relaxing and functional environment with high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, a stunning curved stair and strong connections to the outdoor spaces.  Well considered orientation, solar shading and use of materials, together with incorporation of thermal mass, good ventilation and solar panels combine to reduce operational carbon and allow for long term addition of new technologies to further enhance sustainable living. This design will ensure longevity by accommodating the changing needs of the family over the years.
